We are passionate about helping people learn how to eat well for better health, whether you want to lose weight, manage nagging health issues, through to medical nutrition for complex health issues. We understand that people are bombarded with conflicting health and diet advice, and we aim to simplify and personalise nutrition information for your unique needs.
An expert in infant, child and adult nutrition, Anna is passionate about helping people understand that healthy eating and better health can be easy. She has a holistic approach which is complemented by scientific research, but approaches nutrition on an individual level, taking into account not just a person’s health and wellness concerns, but also their budget, lifestyle and time constraints.
With almost 20 years’ experience Anna is a highly sought after dietitian. You may recognise her from the TVNZ children’s show “Activate” and other media roles including “What’s Really In Our Food” series 1, 3 and 4, as well as an expert commentator for Radio New Zealand and Newshub reports.
She is particularly interested in digestive issues, allergies and food intolerances, along with helping people make real changes towards long term positive relationships with food.
General family and adult/older adult health, and the management of chronic conditions through nutritional therapy and positive lifestyle changes is another of her strengths.
As a mother of two, (both allergy children) Anna understands the need for practical advice that fits in with the rest of the family. Anna’s friendly, helpful manner and personalised approach ensures you will gain the knowledge and skills required to confidently be where you want to be with having a positive relationship with food. Be assured that Anna is no fan of restrictive eating plans – she wants you to get back to enjoying life and feel good about the food choices you make!
Anna believes life is about enjoying what you eat while knowing that it’s good for you and your family!
